EMAR Suhail for engineering consultancy Was established in 2017 according to engineering institution registration # (01/05160) It was established by Engineer/ Abdullmohsen Al Naqshi – Manager of monitoring and execution directorate at Ministry of Education at Al Ahsaa, with experience for more than 30 years in both administrative and engineering fields; in addition to that he has worked as consultant engineer at Al Shayeb office for engineering consultancy Experience

The office has several branches in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh – Dammam – Al-Ahsa ) Certified at most ministries and governmental sectors, the Royal Commission for Jubail, and the Industrial Cities and Civil Defense Authority, High Authority for Industrial Security, the National Water Company and the Electricity Company (SICCO)
